Response times
| Issue | Target first response |
|---|---|
| API-down or systemic error affecting all subscribers | Within 4 business hours |
| Subscriber-specific errors (auth, quota, unexpected 4xx/5xx) | Within 1 business day |
| Billing, subscription, or refund inquiries | Within 1 business day |
| Feature requests, data corrections, general questions | Within 3 business days |
What to include in your first email
- Your AWS account ID (12-digit number). This lets us match your subscription in AWS Data Exchange.
- Which DeepInquiry tier you subscribed to (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
- A description of the issue, and if the issue is a failed API call: a timestamp (UTC), the request path, and any error response you received. We can use these to find the request in our logs.
- Screenshots or example payloads are welcome. Do not send anything containing your AWS credentials — we never need them.
What we do not handle here
- AWS account, billing, or Data Exchange console issues. Contact AWS Support directly for those.
- Ad-hoc verification of a specific claim. The Verified Facts API returns from a curated, pre-verified corpus. Fact-check-on-demand is not part of the subscription. If a fact in the corpus is wrong or outdated, tell us — we will investigate and, if necessary, deprecate it.
Escalation
If you have not received a response within the targets above and your issue is production-affecting, reply to your original thread with the subject prefix [ESCALATE]. This routes the thread to the founder's inbox directly.
