After removing studies with more than 20% attrition from a weight-loss intervention meta-analysis, the pooled weight difference increased to −3.48 kg for interventions lasting less than 13 weeks and −4.79 kg for interventions lasting 13–26 weeks, with heterogeneity falling to I² = 0% in both groups.
